SHOPPING AT THE JUSTIN REDDIG VIRTUAL BOUTIQUE

 

Although it is not necessary to create a customer account before purchasing a product from our online boutique, we generally recommend creating an account in order to gain access to special deals, services and promotional codes. This private area is only accessable by our registered clients.


FINDING A PRODUCT

 

First, select the desired product by using the navigation menu. Please be advised that not all products are available in our online boutique. Should you be interested in a product that is not available online, please send us an inquiry at customerservice@justinreddig.com.

You can easily navigate through or online boutique or search for certain products by entering the product code into the website’s integrated search bar.


PRODUCT INFORMATION

 

On every product page you will find information concerning details, sizes, colours, and availability. After opening the product page, you can click on the image to enable the zoom function. This allows you to view the products from close up.

 

How to order via the product page:

 

1.     Select the desired colour and size

2.     Add the product to your shopping bag

3.     Once you are ready to check-out, click on the corresponding button to proceed 

4.     Select your method of payment and shipping

5.     Enter your address and the payment credentials on the following page

6.     Review the data entered and confirm your order by clicking the „CHECK OUT“ button


PRE-ORDERING PRODUCTS

 

Some products may be pre-ordered. You have the opportunity to make a reservation for certain products before they are officially sold. In order to do so, you need to create a customer account first. An estimated shipping date will be visible in the product description section. In order to confirm your reservation, a payment must be made. As soon as the product is available, your shipment will be dispatched. After receiving your product, you have the right to return the product within 14 days.


USING PROMOTIONAL CODES

 

You can access exclusive deals and promotions by using our special promotional codes. To receive promotional codes, you will need to sign up to our newsletter. Enter the promotional code into the designated field before check-out. The discount will be applied automatically and you will see the reduction directly on your balance overview.

 

If your code is deemed invalid, double-check the date of the promotional code aswell as the categories to which the code can be applied. This information can be found in the newsletter.


MODIFYING OR CANCELING ORDERS

Due to our logistic set-up, it is unfortunately not possible to modify or cancel a pre-existing order. If you would like to purchase further products, you will have to create a new order. Should you want to return a product, you will find further information in the Returns-section.


ORDER STATUS

 

YOUR ORDER IS BEING PREPARED:

 Your order has been confirmed and we have sent you a confirmation mail including an order number.

 

YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED:

 As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation mail including a tracking number with which you can follow the shipping process.

 

Registered users can access all information concerning their orders in the area "Account"

To find the correct size for you, click on the link below to view our size guide. Please be reminded that this size guide is based on average measurements. Certain products are cut narrower than others. You will find further information regarding the fit in the description box of each garment.
